How InjuryOS uses technology — and where people stay in charge.

InjuryOS is powered by the CaseForge platform. We believe in being straightforward about how we use technology, because trust matters when you’re hurt and looking for help.

Where technology helps

We use software — including the CaseForge platform — to organize intake, keep cases moving, surface deadlines, and help our team work efficiently. That means qualified cases get attention faster and important details are less likely to slip through the cracks.

Where people stay in charge

  • Decisions about whether to take a case, how to handle it, and what it’s worth are made by people — attorneys and our legal team, not an algorithm.
  • Legal advice comes from a licensed attorney, never from an automated tool.
  • Technology supports our team’s judgment. It does not replace it.

The AI assistant on this site

The chat bar at the bottom of the screen — “Ask our team about your case” — is an AI assistant, not a lawyer and not a person. It can answer general questions about what we do, how the free case review works, and how to reach us, and it can take your details so our team can call you.

  • It does not give legal advice, and it cannot evaluate your case, estimate what it’s worth, or tell you about deadlines. Those answers come from an attorney.
  • Chatting with it does not create an attorney-client relationship, and the conversation is not protected by attorney-client privilege. Don’t share anything you wouldn’t put in an ordinary website form.
  • Conversations are stored so our team can follow up with you and review how the assistant is performing.
  • The assistant runs on a large language model from Anthropic (the Claude family), hosted on Amazon Web Services. We control its instructions and what it knows about the firm, and the model is not trained on your conversations.
  • If you are in an emergency, call 911. To speak with a person at any time, call 1-855-INJURYOS.

About automated tools on this site

Forms on this website are used to gather the information you choose to share so a member of our team can review it. Submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship, and it is not a substitute for speaking with a lawyer.

Your information

We handle the information you share according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.
